We are delighted to obtain planning permission for Vault City Brewing to allow them to set-up their new premises in the BioCampus within the Midlothian Science Zone - it's seven times the size of their existing premises allowing them to significantly increase their beer production. We wish them well and we can't wait to sample some of those sour beers.

Ferguson Planning is thrilled to share that the Langlee Amateurs FC football team we proudly sponsor are A Division Champions. Massive congratulations to all the team.

We have had a successful couple of weeks with two staycation planning applications being approved. The first one is a 'shepherd hut' at the award-winning Tiny Home in the Scottish Borders at the foot of the Ruben Hills, and the other is in North Ayrshire with the redevelopment of a dilapidated steading into three holiday homes each with outdoor terraces and hot tubs. We look forward to seeing the completed projects which will provide fantastic holiday accommodation.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

With our appeal looming and no idea of where to turn to make this possible – we were advised to contact ‘Ferguson Planning’ to help in assisting and turning round our objections. Tim visited straight away and reassured our case had a strong argument for being put through. After Tim’s initial visit he kept in touch on a regular basis and advised us on how to address certain issues to strengthen our case. If we had questions Ferguson Planning was always there either via email or phone. Tim also attended our appeal hearing which was great and that he showed dedication to his clients from start to finish. The outcome was a yes and we are now moving forward with our plans. Without a doubt we will be seeking Tim and Ferguson Planning for phase two in the next year or so!
