With our appeal looming and no idea of where to turn to make this possible – we were advised to contact ‘Ferguson Planning’ to help in assisting and turning round our objections. Tim visited straight away and reassured our case had a strong argument for being put through. After Tim’s initial visit he kept in touch on a regular basis and advised us on how to address certain issues to strengthen our case. If we had questions Ferguson Planning was always there either via email or phone. Tim also attended our appeal hearing which was great and that he showed dedication to his clients from start to finish. The outcome was a yes and we are now moving forward with our plans. Without a doubt we will be seeking Tim and Ferguson Planning for phase two in the next year or so!
