Breathtaking views on the Island of Scalpay

We are delighted to have been appointed to provide planning advice and inputs on varying investment plans across the private Island of Scalpay. This is truly an amazing part of the world and the first application has recently been lodged by Kieran McFarlane MRTPI with Highland Council for a contemporary but fitting replacement for the existing Keeper's Cottage.

With our appeal looming and no idea of where to turn to make this possible – we were advised to contact ‘Ferguson Planning’ to help in assisting and turning round our objections. Tim visited straight away and reassured our case had a strong argument for being put through.
