Listed Building Consent in London

Fantastic news! We have received full planning permission and listed building consent for the ground floor retail unit at 147 Oxford Street, London

 

This approval allows our client, Change Group, to sub-divide their existing shop, which includes internal alterations, shopfront modifications, and the removal of an existing ATM.  Importantly, these changes will be made without compromising the character, appearance, or significance of the listed building or the wider Soho Conservation Area.

 

Our client is delighted with this outcome.
