Reinvestment in Dundee

Ferguson Planning are delighted to be the project team and planning advisory lead on the redevelopment of the now dated JTC Factory site in Dundee. The proposal is for a major residential led masterplan including affordable homes, business units and shops. The plans are linked with the company's reinvestment into a new bespoke factory premises elsewhere in Dundee and enabling the retention of one of the city's largest employers.
