Scotland's NPF4

Our Managing Director, Tim Ferguson, was invited by The Planner RTPI magazine to write a blog on the National Planning Framework 4 (NPF4) one year on from its implementation. In the article, Tim focuses on the need for meaningful action on better financing of the planning system in Scotland. He also touches upon growing concerns in the housing industry regarding policy conflicts and implementation as well as outlining positive changes in developers’ mindset in delivering more sustainable design generally and the continued positive growth in all types of renewable energy development across Scotland.
