Former CO-OP NGT Site

Ferguson Planning was approached by Oregon Timber Frame to assist in negotiating a successful outcome to their planning application for the redevelopment of the former NGT Warehouse into a timber factory as part of their Headquarter expansion plans. The development represents an economic investment of some £1.5 million and the creation of 70 new jobs. Following detailed discussions with the Council on a variety of planning matters the proposal was granted in Summer 2015.
