Granton Harbour

Ferguson Planning was appointed to provide expert retail planning advice with regard to the retail/commercial aspect of the Granton Harbour Masterplan. The convenience/comparison retail floorspace proposed extends to c. 10,000 sq.m. and intended to serve the local population together with further specialist restailing to attract further custom into the area. Inputs, to date, have included negotiations and attending meetings with the City of Edinburgh Council and undertaking a detailed retail planning review report on the overall acceptability of that proposed.
