Ferguson Planning were delighted to assist our client’s vision for the regeneration of the vast and picturesque Isle of Scalpay. This undertaking included pre-application consultation with Highland Council and lodging a variety of planning applications and consents for a new dwelling, alterations to existing buildings and new storage buildings throughout the site.
