Set within the grounds of the historic Yair Estate in the heart of the Yair Valley, we worked closely with the client and project team in achieving full planning concent for three unique holiday units in the form of a Cabin, Tree House and converted Bothy.


The proposal sits within mature woodland and where sensitivity was required given positioned within the grounds of the listed Yair Mansion.
