Hotel Development in Morningside, Edinburgh

Planning Submission


We have submitted a planning application for a long-standing client, for a new hotel in Morningside at the former post office building.  The hotel development will also include a bar, restaurant and bakery and will bring a much needed vibrancy to the few remaining redundant brownfield sites in Edinburgh’s south side.

At our Tuesday team meeting, we had the pleasure of welcoming Claire Waddington to our team as Senior Planner. Claire brings with her valuable experience and will be taking on some of our exciting new projects - she will primarily work out of our Edinburgh office.
